Labour’s Sir Keir Starmer is holding a debate in the Commons as the party is trying a force the government to publish documents relating to £200m of personal protective equipment (PPE) contracts.
The company given the contract is believed to have been flagged to ministers by Baroness Michelle Mone.
Baroness Mone has consistently denied any “role or function” in the company, with lawyers previously saying she is “not connected to PPE Medpro in any capacity”.
